The EPS is a leading procurement organisation, operating as the sector sourcing hub on behalf of the Department of Education under the centralised procurement model,  providing expert advice, support, and services to the Education Sector and wider Public sector. Through collaboration and strategic partnerships, the EPS aims to deliver innovative procurement solutions that ensure cost-effective and sustainable outcomes.

Philip Gurnett, Director and Head of Sourcing Education for the Education Procurement Service (EPS), is pleased to welcome procurement specialists from across the education sector and wider public sector to the University of Limerick for comprehensive training on the new eTenders Platform. With the transition to the new platform set to take place on May 15, 2023, the training sessions aim to ensure that procurement professionals are well-equipped to utilise the platform’s enhanced features and capabilities.

The University of Limerick is proud to host the training sessions for eTenders superusers, showcasing its state-of-the-art facilities and fostering collaboration among procurement professionals. This training phase plays a crucial role in facilitating a seamless transition to the new platform.
